Browns EV, the electric mobility arm of Brown & Company PLC (LOLC Group), has opened its first showroom in the Southern Province located at Pamburana, Matara, as part of its nationwide expansion in Sri Lanka's electric mobility sector. • Showroom Capabilities: The new 80-perch facility offers an all-in-one experience, including vehicle displays, test drives, financing guidance, and after-sales support for BAW and Wuling EV brands. • Market Performance & Growth: - Exceeded 1,500 EV deliveries by early 2026. - Surpassed 3,000 total vehicle handovers by September 2026, including over 2,250 BAW vehicles. - Portfolio includes models such as BAW E7 Pro, BAW M8, Wuling Eksion, Wuling Darion, and Wuling Mitra. • Ecosystem & Expansion: Browns EV is strengthening the local automotive ecosystem through its "Drive to Own" initiative, financing partnerships, after-sales service, and an island-wide charging network via its partnership with TELD.
