The report was ranked Sri Lanka’s No. 1 annual report and earned a spot among the Asia-Pacific region’s Top 100 reports. Key achievements and milestones highlighted for 2025: • Capital Market Infrastructure: Launched subsidiary CSE Clear Pvt Ltd as Sri Lanka’s first Central Counterparty (CCP) framework to enhance transaction clearing and settlement security. • Regional Expansion: Established physical branches across all 9 provinces in Sri Lanka, expanding national access to capital market services. • Digital & Sustainability Standards: Initiated rollout of XBRL for listed entities and mandated phased adoption of SLFRS 1 & 2 sustainability reporting standards. • Sustainable Finance: Introduced the GSS+ bond framework, helping raise approx.
