• Nuwara Eliya MP and CWC General-Secretary, Jeevan Thondaman, is set to marry Seethai Srii Naachiar Rameswaran on Sunday, 23 November, officially bidding farewell to his 'eligible bachelor' status. • The traditional wedding ceremony will take place from 10:15 - 11:15 a.m. at the Arumugam Pillai Seethaiammaal College campus in Thiruppathur, Tamil Nadu, India. • Dignitaries expected to attend include former Presidents Mahinda Rajapaksa and Ranil Wickremesinghe, alongside fellow MPs. • Receptions are scheduled for the Grand Ballroom of the Colombo Hilton on 28 November, with another event planned in Kotagala. • Political Highlights: Jeevan Thondaman holds the record as Sri Lanka's youngest Cabinet Minister, sworn in at 28 years and 2 months.
