Gangaramaya Temple Donates Rs. 30 Mn to Cyclone Relief 🤝

• The Hunupitiya Gangaramaya Temple in Colombo has contributed Rs. 30 million to the Government’s ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ fund. • The fund was established to provide relief to those affected by Cyclone Ditwa. • The donation will support both immediate relief for the affected population and the rebuilding of damaged temples and religious sites across the island. • Chief Incumbent Ven. Dr Kirinde Assaji Nayaka Thera confirmed the Temple will also coordinate future assistance from overseas Buddhist temples. • Groups affiliated with Gangaramaya, both locally and internationally, are expected to extend further support to the fund.
