Accessibility significantly boosted by 55,000+ Dialog eZ Cash agents islandwide for cash-based digital payments. Enables instant on-the-spot payments and prompt retrieval of driving licenses. • Collaborative Framework: The initiative is a multi-stakeholder effort involving the Ministries of Digital Economy, Transport, and Public Security. Key technical execution supported by the Sri Lanka Police, ICTA, LankaPay, and Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT). This successful transition from a pilot phase to a national-scale operation reflects a major shift toward transparent, citizen-centric public services and digital financial inclusion.
