Cost Neutrality: Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa confirmed there will be no additional cost to vehicle owners despite the system upgrade. ⢠Operational Goals: Addresses the shortage that forced new vehicles to use temporary paper signs. Enhances transparency and efficiency within the transport and logistics infrastructure. The Government will enforce strict performance conditions to ensure system reliability and value for money.
