• Overview & Timeline The Sri Lankan Government has launched a public complaint campaign themed ‘A Culture of Integrity – A Clean Sri Lanka’. Jointly organized by the Presidential Secretariat and the Clean Sri Lanka Program, the drive commenced during National Integrity Week 2026 (27–31 July) and is extended across all state and semi-government institutions through 31 December 2026. • Submission Channels Citizens are invited to report corruption, misconduct, and administrative issues via multiple platforms: • QR codes • Email, post, and telephone • Web-based messaging channels • Key Mechanisms & Oversight • Internal Affairs Units across all state bodies will manage public complaints. • A dedicated digital monitoring system will track actions taken by institution heads to drive strict accountability. • Implementation kicked off with the administration of the National Integrity Pledge and a new Code of Ethics across public bodies, pursuant to a circular issued by President's Secretary Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake. • Strategic Impact The initiative seeks to eliminate corruption while enhancing transparency, operational efficiency, and delivery across public administration and the broader public service sector.
