• HDFC Bank has appointed Shiroma Nandani to its Board as a Non-Executive Independent Director. • Nandani is a Grade I Officer of the Sri Lanka Accountancy Service, bringing over 20 years of experience in the public sector finance domain. • She currently serves as the Chief Accountant at the Ministry of Labour. • Her expertise includes public sector finance and local government financial management, notably having served as the Municipal Treasurer of the Colombo Municipal Council. • Nandani holds a B.Com (Special) and an M.A. in Economics, and is a member of the Association of Public Finance Accountants (APFA) of CA Sri Lanka.
