🏆 IRCSL to Host "InsureChamp 2026" Inter-University Insurance Quiz

The Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL) will host the second edition of its Inter-University Insurance Quiz Competition on 25 November 2026 at the BMICH, Colombo. • Objective & Impact: Aims to enhance financial literacy and insurance awareness among undergraduates, highlighting the sector's vital role in national resilience and risk management while bridging academia, the regulator, and the insurance industry. • Participation: 20 state universities and UGC-recognized higher education institutions confirmed to compete across 5 rounds: insurance overview, life & general insurance, financial literacy, current affairs/sports/arts, and IQ/logical reasoning. • Rewards: • Champion: Rs. 150,000 cash prize, trophy, medals, and certificates. • 1st Runner-up: Rs. 100,000. • 2nd Runner-up: Rs. 75,000. • Spirit of Teamwork Award: Rs. 25,000.
