🏆 SL Unveils 1st 'Best Workplaces for Parents 2025' List!

Great Place To Work (GPTW) Sri Lanka, in collaboration with Parenthood Global, has announced the inaugural list of 'Best Workplaces for Parents 2025', recognizing organisations with truly family-friendly and supportive cultures. • Scope & Methodology: The comprehensive study ran from November 2024 to July 2025, surveying 64,000 employees across over 100 organisations. Crucially, 33,000 respondents had parental responsibilities. • The Top 10 Best Workplaces for Parents: AB Mauri Lanka Ltd. AmSafe Bridport Ltd. Classic Travel Ltd. Hayleys Plantations Hilton Intrepid Colombo Ltd. Marriott International Omega Line Ltd. (Apparel) Toppan Forms (Colombo) Ltd. Uzabase Inc. • Key Study Findings: Pride emerged as the strongest focus area among employees with parental duties. Manager Integrity and Ethical Leadership were key differentiators for the winning workplaces. Areas for improvement across the wider surveyed pool include fairness in profit sharing and pay equity. This recognition highlights family-friendly policies as a critical strategy for talent attraction, retention, and maximising the full human potential of the workforce.
