• SLT-Mobitel, the National ICT Solutions Provider, has launched the free ‘247 Helpline’ to support communities affected by the aftermath of Cyclone Ditwah. • The service provides round-the-clock (24/7) medical advice from a dedicated panel of professionals. This is a collaboration with the University of Colombo. • Callers can dial 247 for timely guidance on health concerns arising from the floods, such as injuries, fever, waterborne illnesses, and breathing difficulties. • The helpline is accessible free of charge to all mobile users across all networks in Sri Lanka, ensuring wide access to essential medical support during this challenging period.
