Softlogic Finance Appoints Sisira Dabare as Deputy Chairman 🤝

• Softlogic Finance PLC has named Hewage Sisira Samantha Dabare, previously a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, as its new Deputy Chairman. • The appointment has received approval from the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL). • Dabare is a veteran career banker with over 33 years of experience at Sampath Bank PLC, retiring in 2021 as the Group Chief Compliance Officer (GCCO). • His major specialization is in retail and SME lending, backed by over 20 years in branch and regional management roles across the island. • He also served as Head of Recoveries and GCCO for Sampath Bank PLC since 2017.
