Great Place To Work Sri Lanka has recognized 20 organizations fostering inclusive and empowering environments for women, marking the seventh consecutive year of this study. • Study Scope: Over 95,000 employees, including 43,000 women, participated across 150+ assessments from July 2024 to August 2025. Only Great Place To Work® Certified™ organizations were eligible. • Expanded Recognition: The list increased to 20 organizations, aiming to inspire broader adoption of inclusive practices. • Selection Criteria: Organisations needed a minimum of 20 female staff (10%+ of workforce), a valid Great Place To Work® Certification™, and 70%+ positive employee experience. • Key Findings: • Positive experience for women in Best Workplaces is 94%, a 1% increase from 2024. • Pride in corporate image is the highest scoring area for women. • Impartiality remains the lowest, but Best Workplaces outperform others by 20%. • Manager Role Modelling is the primary driver of emotional connection for women in these top workplaces. • Recognized Organizations (Alphabetical - partial list highlights): AIA Insurance Lanka, Ansell Textiles Lanka, ATG Hand Care, EFL 3PL, Hayleys Plantations, HNB Assurance, Intrepid Colombo, ITX360, Omega Line, and SYNERGEN Health, among others. • CEO Insight: Kshanika Ratnayaka (GPTW SL) emphasized that assessing through women's experiences uncovers practices fostering equity and belonging, ensuring women's voices are heard and valued. An awards ceremony and Wellness Workshop are scheduled for December 9th.
