Each location features high-end architectural designs, fully equipped facilities, and landscaped grounds. • Economic Context & Objectives: - Reduces the government's financial burden of ongoing maintenance, security, and upkeep borne by the Presidential Secretariat. - Transforms non-revenue-generating state assets into active hubs for tourism investment and regional economic activity. • Implementation Plan: Development proposals will be invited from eligible private investors through a long-term lease model, following recommendations from a dedicated committee on productive asset utilization.
